A Resource Manager is the person responsible for assigning a Resource Type to a Task.
Exepron requires that the Resource Type(s) report to a Resource Manager for the purpose of work assignment.
Note: Multiple Resource Types may report to the same Resource Manager.
In many companies there is more than 1 Resource Manager per Account, each responsible for different
Resource Types. In addition, specific Contractors or Suppliers may report to selected Resource Managers.
Add the Resource Manager as a New User, select the Resource Manager checkbox to designate the User as a Resource Manager. The Resource Manager may be assigned to do work on a Task, if entered as a Resource Type (Specialist by Name). Designate the User as a specific Resource Type in General Details/Designate this User as a Resource Type in order to track Resource Type Work Hours and Costs in Task Details for this Task Manager by Name.
