Applying Touch Time for Task Durations makes these intelligent signals practical and sensitive to providing the necessary guidance to deliver projects on On-Time and To-Budget.
Adding safety time within Tasks only de-sensitizes these intelligent signals, which delays and increases untimely the effort and the cost of corrective intervention.
