Cost Groups: Add customized Cost Group / Cost Categories to report, filter, and sort Costings.
Emails Notifications: Set Alerts when: At the Start of a Project; Task Turn Red; Projects are Frozen; Tasks are available to Start; Task is Finished; Milestones are Achieved.
Calendar: Set Red Task future view depth (we suggest five (5) weeks); First Day of the Work Week; Number of Working Days and all annual Holidays and non-workdays.
Reason Codes: Establish an Std. Set of typical Delay Reasons and Secondary codes to drill into specific delay sources. A history record builds a Pareto for Continuous Improvement.
Activities: An intelligent checklist of items required to complete a Task. Std. Installation Instructions; Job Requirements, Material Handling, Warnings, etc. Mandatory or not.
Activity Bundles: A convenient library of Names and collated Activity Lists, ready for mass allocation to a Task. Updated Lists keep Best Practices allocated to Tasks.
Activity Approvals: Some Activities require multiple, mandatory signoffs with User Identity and a date/time stamp record.
Custom Field Headings: Free Form Text: Twenty (20) Customizable Task Fields and Ten (10) customizable Project Fields available as columns. For recording and identifying information. API accessible.
Roles and Permission: Comprehensive standard and customizable Permission Roles to assign to Users.
Units: Customizable Costing Units for the Rates of Consumption. Used in Financial budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, and the Earned Value module.
