Two Reports display the Resource Type (RT) assignment by Projects and Tasks.
Resource Management #
Portfolio Dashboard / Resource Management / ’click RT’ name / View Report. (Optional ‘Include Pipeline’ checkbox).
Resource Type Assignments #
Portfolio Dashboard / Portfolio Reports / Resource Type Assignments / ’click RT’ name / View Report. (Optional ‘Include Pipeline’ checkbox).
Edit / Resource Type Assignment #
Resource Assignments can also be viewed in Settings / Resource Type / ’click RT’ Name / Edit / Resource Type Assignment on the popup view.
Resource Type Assignment Table #
An editable, printable, and downloadable Resource Type Assignment Table is displayed.
Resource Type Substitution or Adding a Resource Type #
Resource Types can be added or substituted in any Project Status.
This action will have an impact on the Resource Loading Tables and Charts.
- Open Settings / Resource Type / ’click RT’ Name / Edit / Resource Type Assignment on the popup view.
- Click the Resource Tyep Assignment button to View the Project and Task list.
- Select the Project and Task to substitute or add a new Resource Type to the Task.
