Project Dates Explained: Expected Dates and Planned Dates

Several Dates in the Exepron Application require an explanation and definition.

  • Project Planned Start Date,
  • Actual Start Date,
  • Project Due Date,
  • Project Expected Finish Date,
  • Actual Finish Date.

Planned Dates are the Accepted Project Planned Dates both for Task and Project.

Expected Dates are the dynamically changing dates during project Execution, both for Task and Project.

Actual Task Dates are the dates when Tasks have zero remaining duration.

Project Finish Date is when all Tasks have zero remaining duration, and therefore, the project is complete.
