Isolating Tasks in Chains of Dependency during Planning and Execution.
In the CCPM and the PERT screen, chains of dependent Tasks can be isolated using the Forward or Backward visualization features in Exepron.
In CCPM Screenview:
- Click on any Task as the originating Task at the start of your filtering.
- In the menu bar, select the Backwards or Forward Filter Icon.
The CCPM screen will fade out all Tasks not in the Chain of Dependency and will leave the Chain of Dependent Tasks highlighted.
In the PERT Screen View:
- Click on any Task as the originating Task at the start of your filtering.
- In the menu bar, select the Backwards or Forward Filter Icon.
The PERT screen view will fade out all Tasks not in the Chain of Dependency and will leave the Chain of Dependent Tasks highlighted.
Create a Report on the Forward or Backward Task Trace in Task Details.
In PERT or CCPM screen view:
Click on any originating Task to open the Task Details.
Click the Backward or Forward Trace buttons to create the Report on the Chain of Dependent Tasks and their condition.
