How to get a project task view for one and two weeks from the perspective of the Resource Manager?
Is there a way of visualizing tasks in weekly blocks from a resource manager’s perspective?
Click My Tasks in the Portfolio Menu.
My Tasks: This is a list of Tasks assigned to the login User Name.
Only those Tasks applicable to the Role designation will be displayed.
e.g.
- Resource Manager will see all Tasks with their assigned RT.
- Task Manager will only see all Tasks with their assigned MT.
- The task supervisor will only see all tasks with the assigned supervisor.
- Rescue Types (RT) will only see all Tasks with their assigned RT.
- Project Managers will only see all Tasks on their Projects.
- Combinations will see the combination of their designated Roles.
Users can then select the forward view period for “My Tasks.”
Available Column: These Tasks are “Available’ to start because they do not have a Predecessor or the Predicessor Task is complete.
